Reebok

Reebok has pioneered human rights in the company’s supply chain for over 15 years. Back in 1992, it was the first in sector to have a supplier code of conduct based on internationally-recognised standards and its compliance programme has now been accredited by the Fair Labor Association.

In 2005, we helped Reebok report on the achievements of its human rights team for the first and last time (before the merger with Adidas).

The Human Rights Report focuses on Reebok's most material issue, its supply chain, which is explored in impressive detail. The report gives a balanced account with views from the sourcing teams, human rights auditors and NGOs.

The comprehensive data on compliance violations make this the most transparent report in the sector so far. Actual text messages from factory workers reporting compliance issues take the reader beyond the numbers and into the factories.

Reebok's report has set a new standard in supply chain reporting.
