Vodafone Group We have helped Vodafone with its CR reporting and communications for five years. Our work has included external reporting and website development, internal communications and opinion former engagement. Vodafone won Best Report at the 2006 ACCA Awards for Sustainability Reporting. The company’s signature approach to reporting – 'We said, we have, we will', reflects Vodafone's transparent approach to performance and targets. The report focuses on the issues Vodafone believes are most important (material). We helped Vodafone prioritise issues and understand the views of its stakeholders by organising focus groups of prominent opinion leaders. Vodafone's report is one of the first to be assured to Accountability's AA1000 Assurance Standard. In addition to CR reporting we are working with Vodafone to publish a series of detailed case studies – ‘dialogues’ – exploring topical subjects such as stakeholder engagement and assurance. The workshops we held for experts on specific emerging issues such as privacy will feed into these papers, which are published on www.vodafone.com.
