We have helped to write the CR report for this leading mobile telecommunications group's UK subsidiary since 2004, as well as facilitating engagement with opinion leaders.
We host opinion leader focus groups to help Vodafone UK understand stakeholders' views. These sessions inform the company's strategy and help to determine the content and structure of its reporting.
The 2004/05 report describes how the company is managing the impacts of its network expansion. These include increased energy use as well as public concern about the potential health and visual impacts of masts.
The report also explores how Vodafone UK is meeting the challenges brought by new technology which enables customers to access the internet through mobiles. The company is leading the industry by providing internet filters and content control services which protect children from unsuitable content.
