We started the year with a lunch of a different flavour when we hosted a special feedback session for the Institute of Social and Ethical AccountAbility.

Guests were invited to quiz Simon Zadek, Chair of Accountability, about his organization and the Accountability Standard. The lunch was both challenging (Simon was given some straight-talking feedback) and entertaining - challenges were made with a good sense of humour, an indicator of successful engagement.
