Chaffing against George

It might be bad for the environment If George W. Bush finally makes it to the Whitehouse, but it will be brilliant for environmentalists - they thrive only when chaffing against something and George W. will provide the ultimate rubbing post. Because, as he says: "It's not pollution that is causing problems with our environment, it’s impurities in our air and water!"
