Badly-chaired
meetings waste time and frustrate. Successful gatherings
– especially large groups – demand detailed planning
and minute attention to detail. But this is seldom enough.
They need facilitators who can help to stimulate debate,
think on their feet, keep to time and remain unflustered
in a crisis.
Two of our directors, Roger Cowe and Peter Knight, are highly-experienced
